Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Own on-call rotations and incident investigations across 4 company products;
Write internal tooling and automation in Go, Python, or Typescript (not just scripts - production-grade code);
Read and understand product code to debug and improve reliability (we expect you to be comfortable diving into developers’ PRs);
Rapidly deploy new services into production and support the launch of new components;
Build and scale cloud-native infrastructure (IaC, Kubernetes, AWS, Digital Ocean);
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and release flows for speed and safety;
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to keep systems stable under heavy load;
Drive resilience: scaling, redundancy, disaster recovery;
Keep an eye on cloud bills and apply FinOps practices to cut waste.
Operate and optimize ScyllaDB clusters (DBA responsibilities);
Work closely with developers, being their partner in building secure and scalable features.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

3+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles;
Solid coding background in Go/Typescript/Python/C++(production code, not only scripts);
Ability to read and understand complex codebases (you’ll often debug by diving into code logic);
Deep Linux and networking knowledge, Kubernetes mastery;
Hands-on with AWS (Digital Ocean is a plus);
IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.);
CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI);
Monitoring and logging (Grafana, Prometheus);
Autonomy and readiness for on-call (we run a 1/1 schedule now);
English B1+ and fluent Russian.

Nice to have:

Startup or scale-up experience;
Blockchain knowledge;
High-load systems, SRE practices (error budgets, postmortems);
Security (secrets, scanning, DevSecOps);
FinOps optimization;
Linux kernel basics.
